If I talk about the recent recession and the changes done globally as well as in the country itself, it will tell that the recession is only seen in the offline business only, because they can’t launch the festive offers, they can’t come up with the different discount schemes, they can’t come up with the return policy, exchange policies etc. which is possible in online stores, there are various e-commerce company coming up with the various unique concepts, if we talk about India then earlier Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal were only few into shopping of electronics, apparels, and various other gadgets but now there are many, with variety of options provided like movie bookings, recharge facility, transportation booking like flights, trains etc., and also they entered into eatery items with the vegetables, fruits and ready to eat to compete with the online competitor like Zomato, Swiggy, Uber Eats( Which has been sold to Zomato now), there are various other online business holders which includes, Grofers, Big Basket which are available at the tip of your finger to the doorstep of your home.

Don’t we think that this should be concern for the traditional cultured businesses, To cop-up with the online giants? Yes of course as if this won’t change then the overall small segment market place will vanish in coming future. They should involve their young generation to step into the business they are more likely to adopt the digital solutions, this will change and ease the business as along with the offline business they can get the online orders too with the margins, however this will take time and operating both offline as well as online business, but this will ease the profits and end up in the higher earning combining both the platform.

By changing the method of the operations, small business operator can think of competing the core online players otherwise the thought of beating will always be unbeaten.
